Why does the Tesla go significantly further from nearly the same battery?
The Model 3 Long Range (79 kWh usable) and the i4 eDrive40 (80.7 kWh usable) have almost identical battery capacities. Yet the Tesla claims 99 miles more range on WLTP and delivers noticeably more in real-world testing. The difference is efficiency.
